Minde Electronics (Code: 300656), a GEM listed company, is a shareholder. Its planned production capacity is 3.6 million pieces in 8 inches and 1.2 million pieces in 12 inches. The annual output value after the first phase is put into operation is 900 million yuan, forming a stable industrial chain.
It is mainly engaged in the R & D and manufacturing of 8-12 inch high-performance silicon epitaxial wafers. The planned annual production capacity is 3.6 million 8-inch silicon epitaxial wafers and 1.2 million 12 inch silicon epitaxial wafers. The products mainly include epitaxy on polished silicon wafer, buried layer epitaxy in device process, and epitaxy in power device cool MOS. The project is also engaged in the R & D and small batch production of silicon-based Gan and SiC epitaxy.
Mr. Zhang Feng, doctor of material physics, Shanghai Institute of metallurgy, Chinese Academy of Sciences, leads the founding team. The core members have more than 20 years of experience and management ability in production management, technology research and development, quality management, and have undertaken several major projects.
